Whether online or in person we come into a deep state of relaxation.  This is key for you to be able to tap into a deep place of peace that we all have within. 

In this relaxed state, we can embark on some deep insight and change work that will empower you with new understanding and knowledge and help you reframe some of the issues you want to work on.
